Class Descriptions

 BODYPUMP™  is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own. 


E45X  total-body workout that incorporates strength training, cardio, core work, yoga, and flexibility.  


HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. 


L1FT workouts utilize weights to build strength and burn fat. The movements are safe, smart and progressive so no fitness level is left behind, and a mixture of explosive strength work and high repetitions helps to create a lean and athletic body. Plus, the metabolic effect of HIIT training means that not only do you work up a serious sweat, but you also continue to burn calories long after the workout is over. 


POUND®     Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. 


SH1FT is the first high intensity training format to harnass the power of the 6 Degrees of Freedom - a concept from engineering and robotics that describes how a body moves through space. Every SH1FT workout will move you up and down, side to side, forward and back, with dynamic folds, bends and twists. 


SPIN is indoor cycling. The intensity of your ride is under your control, allowing you to work at a pace that is right for your body. The class focuses on aerobic endurance conditioning and aerobic interval training, with brief, high intensity bursts that push past your anaerobic threshold. Newcomers to spin are always welcome!  Bring a water & towel.


STEP IT UP  is a classic cardio workout. It's lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles. 


STRETCH & FLOW pairs gentle, lengthening movements with breath work to create a balanced experience of groundedness, fluidity, and ease—both physically and energetically. This class involves vinyasa flow and moderate stretching, helping students to release tension and unwind. 


 STRONG Nation™ combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. 


TURN UP   is dance cardio fitness. 


TVM our instructors deliver their own unique brand of full-body workouts.  


 ZUMBA®   is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
